Domestic Drafting Service has been providing professional, quality service to our clients for over 30 years. Founded in 1986 by Faye Lewandowski from her home office, DDS is now an established business with a highly qualified team working from our local office in Gosnells, Perth, WA.

Faye takes pride in offering a complete service, working with you from initial Concept Drawings through to your council-approved Building Permit. Our Team at DDS will support you through every stage of the drafting project.

We understand this is your project, and can design to your requirements for any construction method you desire. We want to help you see your project to completion; we can provide you with contacts for quotes or consideration for any building construction work or industry professionals you may require.

With a high level of articulated drafting plans for your proposed project, and from years of experience with Local Councils, Developers and Builders, we can assist in providing you with your design solution to comply with Local Council, the R-Codes and the National Construction Codes (formerly the BCA), so you can be fully confident in accomplishing your project.

Complete Package

We want to provide you with the complete package – from Concept Drawings to Construction Approval. Whatever your project requires: Level and Feature Surveys, Site-measured Existing Dwellings, Engineer’s Structural Drawings, 6 Star Energy Efficiency certification, Bushfire Attack Level assessment, Geotechnical Site Reports, Noise Acoustic Report or otherwise, we can provide relevant professionals to provide all the documentation required for your project – certified or uncertified.

  • Meet with Faye on-site or in-office to discuss your project and design ideas
  • Receive a Concept Plan based on your initial consultation
  • Refine the Concept Plan to reflect your personal details and taste
  • Plans detailed for Local Council Development Approval
  • Fully detailed Working Drawing documentation completed
  • Submit to your Local Council to obtain a Building Licence
